ORDER & DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR ORGANIC VALLEY WA

1. The Availability & Prices for Certified Organic Fruit & Vegetables will change weekly
2. The new Availability & Prices will be available after 7pm each Monday
3. For the South side of the river, orders need to be in by midnight Wednesday night. The minimum order is $80 and the delivery fee is $16.50
4. For the outer South Suburbs, orders need to be in by midnight Wednesday night. The minimum order is $100 and the delivery fee is $18.50
5. Delivery occurs on the South side of the River on Thursday between 1pm–6pm
6. For the North side of the river, orders need to be in by midnight on Thursday night. The minimum order is $80 and the delivery fee is $16.50
7. Delivery occurs on the North side of the River on Friday between 1pm-6pm

9. The driver will phone approximately half an hour prior to delivery. If the driver cannot contact you by phone, the goods will be left at the address provided. It is your responsibility to be available to take receipt of the delivery or specify where you would like your order left at your premises to ensure the security of your order against theft and protect it against the prevailing climatic conditions.
10. Phone-In Orders/Pay by phone and pick-up is also available during Shop hours, Thursday & Friday 8am -6pm, and Saturday morning 8am – 1pm
11. Country customers can Phone-In Orders/Pay by phone but need to arrange their own courier delivery service. Pick-ups for couriers, is available only during Shop hours, Thursday/Friday 8am -6pm, and Saturday morning 8am – 1pm. (NEXUS transport delivers to most areas of WA).
12. We supply white foam containers to keep your goods as fresh as possible. Please return foam boxes to the courier when you receive your next delivery, so we do not have to charge for packaging and the boxes can be re-cycled.
13. We do not accept returns without first discussing the reasons on the telephone. If we deem the complaint valid, we will issue you with a Return Authority.
14. Some brands may change because of supply restraints and we reserve the right to exchange the product for a similar product. You can be assured of the highest quality and most competitive price available.
15. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
